New mum loses 7.5 stone after finding messages from cheating husband to his lover calling her a 'fat.

She was the heaviest she had been in her life after the birth of her daughter

Betsy Ayala made a complete transformation after finding nasty comments her cheating husband made about her

A new mum self-conscious about her pregnancy weight has completely transformed herself after discovering messages her cheating husband sent to his lover attacking her size.

Betsy Ayala, 34, from Houston, Texas, lost more than seven stone after finding the upsetting message - and she couldn't look more different.

The new mum tipped the scales at 18.7stone after giving birth to her daughter, Isabella, back in 2013.

Suffering from post-natal depression, anxiety and in a strained relationship, Betsy was the heaviest she had ever been in her life and in a vicious cycle of eating to "self-medicate".

Betsy found the upsetting remarks her husband made 

In an attempt to get healthier and deal with her life-long weight issues, she started using Herbalife shakes.

But the real boost to her weight loss efforts came after finding out about her partner's infidelity.

Six months after welcoming their daughter into the world, Betsy discovered her husband was having an affair.

Betsy said: "I started in September and was doing okay until two days after Christmas, when I found out my husband was cheating on me with a co-worker.

"I had been with him since I was 17 and pretty much devoted my life to our relationship and him.

Betsy weighed more than 18 stone at her heaviest

"I was devastated. I found out through some messages I read on his Facebook where they were calling me a cow and a fat f*** and just trashing me and my whole world fell apart.

"He would always tell me I looked fine or would try to get me to eat junk all the time which is why I was so devastated when I read those messages because it was almost like he enabled me or wanted me to stay that way."

In March the next year she started a motivational work out with her sister, doing dance and Zumba three days a week.

She then started running and weight lifting at the gym six times a week while sticking to a high protein diet.

The mum has lost more than seven stone in weight 

Now the single mum is a svelte 159lbs or 11.3stone.

Betsy said: "I'm a completely different person both on the inside and outside because of my outlook on everything.

"I was always very negative and had a chip on my shoulder because I was unhappy with me.

"I'm happier, I'm confident and most of all I'm positive.

"I know that I'm capable of so much and I'm so happy to set a good example for my daughter which is extremely important for me."

And she even considers her husband's cheating as a "blessing" because it helped her to break the cycle and give her the fresh start she had hoped for.

Betsy shows off her stunning transformation - and she's never been happier

She said: "I didn't know what to do with myself at the time.

"I was still over 200lbs with a 6-month-old and everything that I had worked for had just vanished.

"Now I honestly feel that what he did was a blessing because otherwise I would have been the way I was forever."

She added: "My ex-husband and I are actually good now.

"It took me a while to get to that place of forgiveness but what he did was about him and not me.

"My journey has really helped me understand that."

Storyline

Moana Waialiki is a sea voyaging enthusiast and the only daughter of a chief in a long line of navigators. When her island's fisherman can't catch any fish and the crops fail, she learns that the demigod Maui caused the blight by stealing the heart of the goddess Te Fiti. The only way to heal the island is to persuade Maui to return Te Fiti's heart, so Moana sets off on an epic journey across the Pacific. The film is based on stories from Polynesian mythology.

Reviews

This film is an epic in the truest sense and easily one of Disney's best "Big Films".

It follows the classic "quest" type story of a girl growing up feeling she's destined for more than her quiet life and eventually finding she's the chosen one to go on a mission to save the world, but how it gets there is awe inspiring.

The animation is second to none, at one point I had to do a double take that they didn't mix in a live action character. Thinking back to the original Toy Story, things have certainly come far.

Unlike other Disney movies (and most movies in fact), Moana is perfectly capable of pursuing her goals completely by herself and doesn't have a love interest, which I think may be a first for a Disney film (it's actually a lot closer to a Miyazaki film in the way the hero is portrayed).

The soundtrack is also exceptional, so much so that my 5 year old girl made me order the album after the film. The entire score evokes a sense of adventure and riding over the waves and is simply sublime.

To sum up how good this film is, it was the second movie in which I've ever witnessed the theatre audience erupting into a round of applause when the credits rolled (the first was Interstellar).

The movie no doubt has some flaws, but I'm giving it a 10 to balance out some unreasonably negative reviews on here, some of which read like they were written by people who have no seen the movie.

Balaraju, the head of his village, lives with his wife Baby, his two sons; Chandrasekhar Rao and Bangari, and his two daughters. He helps Chandrasekhar become a doctor and builds a local hospital. On the day it opens, Chandrasekhar comes back home with his lover Kausalya, also a doctor. Both express their wish to marry and settle abroad, which upsets Balaraju, leading to their separation.
25 years later, Chandrasekhar, a successful doctor in London, tells the story to his son Abhiram and daughter Indu. Abhiram decides to go home to Balaraju and attempt a reconciliation. He meets his friend, Bunny, at the airport and goes to the village on Bunny's bike the next day. On the way, he witnesses a cockfight organised by Bangari and Baachi; he gets the help of Balaraju to pardon Bangari and get Baachi arrested. Abhiram then introduces himself as a student from London who came here to learn agricultural practices and martial arts. He particularly impresses Balaraju's family when he saves a child's life and so is allowed to stay with them.
